my car was hit and run. their insurance told me to get a quote from one of their dealers. i have a new tesla m3 2025. when i went there and got it inspected, he said it was straight forward and the bumper needs to be replaced as well as a scuff above it. He said he would include both on the estimate quote.

he said it will take 30 minutes to get the estimate but then offered to email it to me. Never emailed me this was on friday.

on monday, today, i get the estimate and they changed it claiming its still fixable. The insurance paid out only 1,100 for it.

i went to three different authrozied tesla shops and they all told me that it needs to be replaced.

This doesn't seem ethical or right at all.

what should i do now?
