Hi! 22 trans woman here, I’ve been on HRT since 14 and puberty blockers at 11. I was just wondering if any other trans women have had facial feminization surgery in the past and noticed real results? My friends and family always tell me that I pass really well and that I don’t need FFS, and I’m starting to think so myself. I have blonde hair, blue eyes, high cheek bones, and fuller lips so I think that makes me appear more feminine? My figure is naturally short and thin, (I’ve been working on eating healthier fats and good carbs) so I am afraid of losing money on something that may not give me drastic results, but I also feel FOMO when my other trans friends start talking about FFS and such it makes me feel a bit like a “fake” trans person if that makes sense?
