Early start time tips
I am signed up for the Hyrox in Riga in 6 weeks. Due to me being still in school and my parents not wanting me to miss a day of it I have to take a flight to Riga which will arrive approximately around midnight in Riga. Including getting out the airport and to the hotel I hope to be asleep by 1am.
My problem is the lack of sleep and proper fueling before my race.
Since I'll start in the age group 16-24 I'm afraid of having to start at 8am which would mean I maybe can get 4-5 hours of sleep if I'm lucky.
Does anyone have tips how to deal with the lag of sleep and proper fuelling. Thanks for the help in advance.
