My 48x20x20 glass tank with a screen top is still not getting hot enough, despite covering the screen top with hvac tape and ruling out any issues with the bulb/dome/thermometer. The heat seems to be concentrated in one area directly under the bulb, it’s hitting normal temperature in that spot but it’s not spreading out at all. I’ve seen my ball python basking under this spot so it at least works slightly but I’m very concerned about the heat not spreading. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore as I have tried literally everything
