I bought tickets to Manchester vs Liverpool 6 months ago and have still no received them. They said they would send them to me on email within 24 hours before the event. Yet it’s 3 hours till my event and nothing. I have called, emailed, and the customer support doesn’t know what they are talking about. Any tips anyone?
