Anyone hearing low frequencies at night in downtown Kirkland? (near cafe Hagen).

Feels like a persistent industrial/electrical low hum with small gaps here and there which makes it more noticeable.

It’s definitely coming from outside somewhere… wondering if anyone has root caused this or heard it too.

Causes mild tension headaches and makes it hard to sleep… Hoping to identify it and chat with the owner to see if there’s anything that can be done.
