Wanted for a forcible touching; 2 incidents within a short timeframe

Due to this subreddit's Rule 5, I would like to point out that this is not an arrest or prosecution of a crime, but that the 94th Precinct for the NYPD, not me, has stated that the crime occurred and saw it happen, and appeals to the public for help in finding the perp. The depicted unidentified individual may then be able to explain themselves in why this happened and why this was posted.

Four years ago, a comment about New Mexico stated "Here in New Mexico when the flash floods come huge amounts of dog poop collects on certain sand banks on the Rio Grande. The dryness and consistency of so many poops causes it to behave the same. Dog poop is loaded with salts and all sorts of toxins, and even fibers from carpets, so these deposits stress an already fragile riparian ecology including the Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge. And there’s nothing anyone can do about it."

It's important to note that if a dog assaults a police officer, that incident is more likely to make it into the news so as to paint officers as people who stop dog attacks or take complaints against criminals that are dog owners. However, 99.95%+ of assaults by dog owners and dogs don't make it to the news as there is no police officer present that got harassed and/or assaulted. Even if a cop has already been or can theoretically be a victim of a crime, we do have a problem with police wherein a lot of them are pro-crime. In a lot of cases, a police officer may harass a victim and refuse to take a report. Therefore, those cases are less likely to make it to the news.

"Surveillance footage from the hotel, reviewed by authorities, allegedly shows Mastrangelo kicking one of the victims and later walking the dog towards the other victim, who was then bitten."

The Dominican Republic botched the investigation. To be clear, they didn't just botch this one in particular because of her ethnicity; they botch a whole lot of missing persons' cases and if it is the DR there will be an element of sexual assault.

The mod(s) of the Virginia subreddit censored this post a few minutes ago.

One year ago, the following two statements were posted on the same subreddit (Virginia) when Sudiksha was first posted about here:

"There is now speak of how the guy she was with, or that she met, had drowned her and given a false statement that he saved her. It is believed he knows what happened even if he did save her from drowning."

"Also, I think that Joshua Riibe's own statement works against the argument that Sudiksha likely drowned. If there were strong incoming waves, as Joshua Riibe remembers, and Sudiksha had drowned after approaching shallow water close to the shoreline at about knee-level, it would be very unlikely that her body would have washed out to sea. Strong incoming waves would have carried her limp body back onto the shore."

Here is some article text from The Sun, published just last month:

"Eventually around 5.50am her friends headed to bed, leaving her and Riibe alone.

They talked for a while before kissing in waist-deep water, Riibe later told police.

While they were kissing in the ocean, a “big wave” hit them both and swept them out to sea, Riibe said.

Riibe, who said he had experience as a lifeguard, told police it took him a long time to get Sudiksha out of the water.

But he was able to drag her until she was “knee-deep and walking at an angle out of the water.”

Riibe said he called out for her but didn’t hear a response.

He said he then got sick, throwing up ocean water he swallowed during the rescue and passed out on the beach."

A comment I can't find today interpreted this as Joshua trying to have sex with Sudiksha, but she refused so he strangled her and drowned her. This makes sense, as since Joshua Riibe is a lifeguard he would have been able to give a different account of what happened and also save Sudiksha. I know a lifeguard; they don't just hire anyone. You have to actually pass an exam that proves you can remove yourself + 1 person from rising sea water after all our groundwater has been pumped into the ocean. This also means that Joshua would have been more able to overpower Sudiksha in a surprise attack.

If Sudiksha is still alive, but kidnapped, then she is likely unable to move. The Dominican Republic would be the only entity who could free her in that case but that's not going to happen unless they attacked every cartel in the Dominican Republic and the Dominican Republic is never in a thousand years going to put their racism aside to do that for someone of Indian descent. Even if they did, she is likely not alive today, over 1 year later.

A subreddit created specifically for Sudiksha Konanki had the following to say about Joshua Riibe:

"He worked as a lifeguard and was a student at St. Cloud State University. • His family lives in Rock Rapids, Iowa, in a modest house at 1209 Park Dr — very average middle-class. • Neither of his parents (Albert and Tina Riibe) have known professional profiles or online presence. • No scholarships or job history suggests he could afford an international solo trip and one of the top attorneys in the Dominican Republic. • He was represented by Guzmán Ariza, a premier law firm that likely costs $15k–$25k+ for a case like this. They were retained immediately after his detainment. • No known GoFundMe, local fundraiser, or outside donations were mentioned to cover this.

So… where did that money come from?"

It looks like even if he doesn't have money, he suddenly will find the money if it's to limit his cooperation with the investigation.
