How much is my tractor worth?

Can we please just like pin this at the top or something? Feel like it’s so common and the answers are really pretty universal unless you have something really rare.

“How much is my tractor worth?”

If you’re here asking this question, the answer is likely: Not very much.

Old tractors are not like old cars. They do not have the same market and the cost to restore them generally greatly exceeds the value of them once done.

Painting with a broad brush: A 1930’s to early 1960’s tractor, that doesn’t run, and has no known history, and is missing some of its sheet metal, and needs tires, and might be stuck is worth a couple hundred bucks if it’s easy to load onto a truck/trailer.

There are certainly outliers from this and models which are more desirable than others. But it’s going to be a pretty rare thing to stumble into an amount of money that’ll actually have an impact on you.

Sorry to be that guy.

Found in a buddy’s pawn shop. Complete Partscaster or someone’s home build… And not with high end parts. And it’s the slickest tele I’ve ever handled. Can’t even explain how nice it plays. Puts my American Fender to absolute shame. And look at the neck! 😍

Don’t ask me for any info because I don’t have it. lol But… If you happen to have built this one or know who did, let me know! In Eastern NC.

Need to have a telecaster refretted. Would drastically prefer somewhere I can drop off and pick up in person rather than ship to. Anywhere from Raleigh to Greenville.

Any recommended luthiers?
