Would anyone be interested in teaching me how to play?

I'm interested in the tabletop but I'd like to try it without spending a ton on models. I'm mostly interested in orks and tyranids but would be open to playing anything to learn the basics.

Just looking to get out and exercise and have some fun. If anyone is registering for a league or just casually plays weekly or anything and need an extra person, I'd be interested
