Got an 89 on my hospitality internship evaluation — how can I improve my weaknesses?
He excels in areas like attendance, punctuality and interpersonal skills. However, he need to focus when it comes to retaining information and procedures. While he is able to grasp new tasks, he forget details after repeating instructions, particularly those that require memorization. He needs more focus and review regularly help him retain knowledge and confidence in performing his duties.
