Is my baby sleeping too much at 9 weeks?

Hi there,
Sorry this is a long post!

I’m a second time mum to a baby girl born in March who is 9 weeks this week. She was born at 38 and 6 via c section.
Overall I’ve been much more relaxed the second time round but unsure if I need to be concerned or I’m just lucky so just looking for any similar experiences before I make a drs appointment for peace of mind.

Ever since she was born I would say she sleeps a lot. I know that’s normal in the first few weeks and she did have a bit of jaundice, but I’m still experiencing it at 9 weeks. I keep waiting for her to wake up more and to start getting into more of a schedule with naps, wake windows etc like I did with my first, however sometimes it’s impossible as she goes straight back to sleep after a nappy change and feed.
The issue I have is that she was born small - 2.88kgs. It’s slowly increasing but she’s still small and at the 6 week check up the paediatrician said to not let her go longer than 4 hours without feeding to get her weight closer to the 50th percentile (currently in the 10th percentile).
She’s not lethargic and displays no signs of illness, still has wet nappies but I do have to wake her to feed quite often given I’m trying to increase her weight.
This isn’t a one off sleepy day- which I’ve seen lots of posts about. it’s been like this from the beginning. Does anyone have a similar experience of this? Do I need to be concerned and make a doctors appointment or should I just give her more time to ‘wake up’ and this is one of those every baby is different things?
