I’m a 25 year technical support “veteran” and a Doctor of Business Administration candidate working on my dissertation. I’m looking for participants who work in technical or IT support and use any kind of AI or automation in their role — this could be AI ticket routing, suggested responses, chatbots, automated workflows, anything like that.
What's involved: one virtual interview, 45–60 minutes, on your schedule, via Zoom/Teams/phone. That's it.
What it's about: your experience working alongside these tools — what it's like, what it means to you. Not a performance evaluation, not affiliated with your employer.
This study is IRB-approved through Edgewood University and participation is voluntary and confidential.
