Where do people usually find condo rentals in Richmond?? The listings I'm finding all seem to want younger tenants.

My senior mom is moving from out of province to BC and ideally would like to live in central Richmond (near Chinese foods, etc). As she has no active income, I would be her guarantator for rent, etc. Of course we will be able to actually pay as she is selling property before moving here and I have a stable job.

How likely does it seem she'd be able to find somewhere to rent? Or even have me rent out a place for her people she arrives?
