How would I best go about getting advance reviews for my novel?

I keep seeing ads on Facebook for paid services that will provide advance reviews, most of which get comments pointing out that using paid reviews will likely result in being banned from Amazon.

Someone suggested Goodreads but another thread here in this sub said Goodreads is something to avoid.
