The renting market is insane and desperate times call for desperate measures. Where are the best bars or social spots for me to find a rich landlord and sweet talk them into a 2 bed 1 bath apartment for me and my roommate? I have veiny forearms and a lot of enthusiasm. I can flirt with older women and I'm willing to do the same for men if necessary but would prefer not too. Thank you in advance.
