Cousin evaluating offer in NJ, fair, good, or low? (I am NAT)
Good morning! My cousin (not on Reddit) is evaluating a job offer in NJ for a virtual/in-office combo talk therapy position. She's been actively seeing clients for 5 years in Pennsylvania and has no other NJ offers to evaluate, so hoping for help here to relay:
- W2 Employee
- No Salary
- 60% share of sessions, bump to 65% in year 2
- $2,500 signing bonus with 1 year commitment
- 4 day work week, can make your own schedule (nights, weekends, etc.)
- Required 4-5 sessions per day (no more than 5) for every day of the 4 day work
It's a small practice of 10 total providers. What do you all think??
