So i own a mini 3 and i really like shooting vertical videos and photos for social media content, should i sell it and get a lito x1 which has a better camera and features overall but cant shoot true vertical? How severely is video and picture quality when cropping into the sensor instead of fully using it?
So i know that while having the same sensor the lito x1 has a far superior image processor and you also get 10 bit and dlogm color profiles so you get better colors, better dynamic range and better video overall from the lito x1, but is all this enough to match or beat the mini 3 capability of shooting true vertical? I don't know if all those features can outweigh having to crop into the horizontal sensor hence losing resolution and i guess dynamic range, field of view, etc.
