So the station at my job places the charger at the right-rear of the car. I'm sure you all know the charging port is on the opposite side; as you can see the cable is stretched across to reach (there is plenty of slack and length to reach by far) but the cable is sort of spring loaded/on some sort of Bungie mechanism which is gently tugging at my charger port. Is this concerning and could it potentially cause me issues if I have to do it regularly?

Usually I can park on the other side but today the spot was taken. When I looked it up it seems the general consensus is that it's only an issue of done frequently/is pulling significantly on the port.

Am I worried about nothing? Or something real that I should avoid?
