Overhead press, 3 reps at 160lbs.

Hit a triple at 160lbs for overhead today. Noticed my heels are lifting off the ground. Is that a problem on heavy ohp and if so, what to do to help (besides lower weight). Any other tips? Been struggling to get past 165 for the last month.
