The Idea is that the group will be doing a Road Warrior type Escort Job.

I have read the rules and believe I can make it work but would like to see a good example of this type of combat in play so I can run things smoothly.

Any suggestions for what to watch?

Am playing a Field Researcher and have 140,000 credits for equipment.

The GM said we will be doing a Planet Survay and curious what types of equipment I should be brining other than Basic gear, weapons and armor? What is going to be useful in this situation?

We do have access to the Central Supply Catalog.
