So I'm messing around with Shaddoll. Let's say I use Forbidden Droplet and cost one of my Shaddoll monster, does it trigger the effect of the monster ?

From my understanding I would say no, because I think cost isn't part of the effect, that's why you can't Ash a Circular.

But I'm kind a new (only been playing irl for 6 month) so I don't trust myself too much. Thank you very much !
