Hi all,

I’ll be starting a job at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon soon and I’m trying to figure out where to live. My partner works in London, so we’re balancing both commutes.

We’ve been advised to look at Trumpington for the train links, but I’m unsure what the drive to Huntingdon would be like, especially during morning/afternoon rush hour. I’ll be doing shift work (long days/nights), so trying to get a realistic idea of commute times by car.

We’ve also considered living in Huntingdon or St Neots, but we’re probably leaning more towards somewhere with a bit more going on. That said, we don’t know Cambridge well at all beyond a few visits.

Any advice on commute times or areas you’d recommend would be really appreciated!
