I have been PMO free now for like 2 weeks and usually at this point I experience the feeling where the testicles feel like 2kg weights are attached to them. One thing I have also noticed that peeing is harder at times. It feels like my testicles are about to explode when I try to pee and then it is harder to focus on the actual peeing.

Don't get me wrong, I have a lot of experience of high streaks and I think this is just a withdrawal symptom. My body just thinks that it needs to release because usually I do at this point.

Reason why Im telling you this, because usually this is when I relapse and I want to fix my way of thinking.

Most common "symptoms" I have at this point: Too much energy, heavy testicles, harder to focus, thoughts aren't as clear and drop in confidence.

If these sound familiar to you, Id like to get some advice how did you get over this "restless" part of the journey?

I used to practice lucid dreaming more and got my first one in a month. After years of break I started trying again and it took me only 2 weeks even Im really lazy with all the technicues. I have decided to continue practicing casually, but the problem is that I can`t seem to remember to do reality checks and especially writing dream journal is a problem. Im really good at recalling dreams so it takes waay too long to write a dream down every morning, because I remember a lot of details. People who work on a fulltime-job or have other life, how do you find time for these? This question has been on my mind.

Also interesting thing happened when I got my LD after a long time. It lasted like 7 seconds but it was sharper than ever. In the dream I pushed my hands to a cars windshield just to have anything to stabilize the dream, but it felt like in the dream my eyes were forcing to close so I would wake up and when they closed.. I immediately did wake up. So.. that was interesting, but I guess all I need is consistent practice.
