2012 - Oil on O2 sensor?

Recently noticed a burning oil smell when taking it out for its weekly exercise (Forester is now exclusively an adventure/hardware store-run car; the Prius has replaced it as the daily)
Popped the hood after freeway travel and noticed a slight wisp of smoke. Traced it down to this wire/cable.
I was going to take the car in for maintenance later this week anyway but wanted to ensure I'm conveying the issue correctly. Am I correct that I'm looking at an O2 sensor? I saw a similar post here a long time ago with a nearly identical image and was wondering if anyone has insight into why this may have oil on it. I haven't noticed any leaks elsewhere. At any rate I'm confident it shouldn't be smoking lol
No codes or performance issues. Going to take this thing into the mountains for a few days in a couple weeks so I want to make sure all is healthy.
