Just the question.

i'm sure part of it is due to insulation but she stomps around and moves furniture a lot and i've talked to her about it but it goes nowhere. I think part of it is I trained my nervous system to sky rocket at the sound combined with anger at her for doing this because it makes no sense. i'm not looking for advice like white noise but mental tricks or framing backed by research because she makes me so insanely angry. How does someone move furniture so much constantly.
