Its wrought iron and there's a grounds keeping team(may be city workers) that power washes the concrete every morning.

But the people who are homeless are still there (surprise surprise) and not only that, their setups now block the main entrance so now you have to shimmy past their tents and other property to get in and out of the damn building.
