TO start with I am a begginer sports photography at bball. How many photos should I deliver for a team and a player and where are the best places to be if you are solo

Sup folks, I want a 70 200 2.8 I don't care if it is t super sharp or anything like that, I would want it for the canon Eos r10 ( I can with an adapter too (for EF)) the budget is around 600> I found the tamron 70 200 2.8 G1 but I am not sure if the update is needed to work with the r10.

Hello I know that with a adapter it can work on a R bodie Vis adapter. I wanna know if 1) I can update it my self 2) will it work on the canon Eos r10. Or if anyone had issues before with it not working no a r10 ( I know there is going to be some kind of latency in focus )
