Is my mount safe?
I have a tamron 70-200 f2.8 g2 for nikon. Using it on my z6 iii with ftz ii and will be using it on a d850 when it arrives. Is it safe to hold the camera by its grip only for handheld shooting? Will the lens break my mount? I mean one handed holding with no support on the lens.
Of course when using tri/monopods i use the lens collar.

Post processing in NX studio. Captured at f/5.6, 1/100, ISO - 640. Open to recommendations for better techniques.
