I'm starting to wonder if my "holy grail" bag doesn't exist, which I find hard to imagine.

Basically I'm looking for a bag like this ^, but a smidgen narrower and with a single crossbody style strap.

Everything I can find that's crossbody style is too small for an ipad, or has boring colors, or isn't water-resistant, or doesn't have a zipper to close it on top, or some combination of all of the above.

I'm also very against anything with a massive logo because I refuse to be a walking billboard, especially if I'm paying for the bag.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been shipped.

Emailed them and got an AI response that theyre still processing my order.

Said I wanted to cancel, got an AI response that I could only have canceled within 60 min of placing the order.

Asked how I have any guarantee that I'll even get my order because if they wont cancel it and won't give me any sort of update other than "its being processed" then how do I know they didnt just steal my money? Got an AI response that they understand its frustrating but theyre working as fast as they can to process orders with their whole warehouse moving BS.

Replied saying that it sounds like my emails are being responded to by an AI system and not an actual person.

Haven't gotten a response yet.
