Okay so been climbing about a year now. So I'm wondering what my progress looks like compared to others. Now I know grades are very subjective from gym to gym so maybe not the most accurate comparison ever, but still I think it'd be cool.

So here are some benchmarks. Bouldering I climb V7 and have been projecting V8s in my home gym (other gym V7 and V8s seem to be a bit softer, still I don't think I climb anything higher then 8s even in other gyms). I've climbed multiple V5s on the moonboard 2017, and I've dabbled at some V6s. On sport I've managed to flash multiple 5.11d's, but still have yet to get a 5.12. Most likely because I don't really like projecting sport climbs too much, mostly because I'm not that good at it. Overall I think it's pretty solid progress.

▲ 6 r/canon

Recently went on a trip and had the opportunity to use a canon m50 that my girlfriend was kind enough to share with me. Honestly fell in love with taking pictures (even though i literally knew nothing about what I was doing). Since I've gotten back it's been the only thing I've been able to think about, it just scratches an itch that i didn't know I had.

Anyways Ive done some research and have either settled on getting a eos r50 or the eos r10. I'm leaning towards getting the r10 since I'm the kind of person that grows out of beginner things quite quickly, and I know the r10 just has more to offer for the price. The main question I have now is, do I get the r10 kit with a 18-150 lens for $1300, or do I get just the r10 body for about $900 and buy a lens for 200-400. But if i should go for the second option, what lens should i look at. Im mostly interested in landscape and portrait photography, i know that can make a difference in lens choice. Any advice/help would be very welcome. Super new to this, but very enthusiastic to learn and explore!

Looking to finish off my quiver. I've got everything I want, but I want to try a slipper. Looking for overall options on the mantra, but most of all sizing. For reference I wear LV theories in 38 for max performance fit, and 38.5 in LV Skwamas for a little more comfort.

Looking for some alternatives for the Skwama LV. I'm in love with this shoe, a perfect do it all shoe. Recently took it to Moab and was thrilled by how it performed outdoors. Thing is it has one bad pain point in the big toe, and the heel is a bit too big. Besides that the shoe works perfectly.
