I screwed the bolt of the gear lever so hard that it broked half way and half of it is stucked 😭 please help me, what should i do?? do i need to replace the lever or how do i even get that freaking thing out of there!? 😭 please help me!!!

I'm a 3rd year B.Com student from Odisha. I scored 67% in 10th and 68% in 12th, but my maths is weak – only 45/100 in 12th. My father works abroad and I'm the eldest son, so I need to start earning within 1 to 2 years. At the same time, I want a career with good long-term growth. I'm interested in business, marketing, and finance, but I don't want to spend years on exam-heavy courses like CA, CS, or CMA. I can handle high pressure for 1-2 years if the returns are guaranteed. Work from home would be ideal but if not then it's fine. (And also career paths related to A.I will also help)

Which commerce-related careers are booming in India right now (2026) and will continue to grow in the future? If you were in my shoes, what would you choose and why? Please be practical and direct.
