Wright Stander B 48 for residential user?

Wright Stander B 48 for residential user?

Currently have a 48” toro Timecutter ZT, I’ve liked it but it’s time for a new machine. I would like to get into a stand on. We have a small orchard and a lot of obstacles (but all pretty flat) that I would appreciate more agility. Mowing about 3 acres per week.

I’m looking at a lightly used 2025 Wright Stander B 48”. It has ~50 hrs and dealer is asking $6200. The warranty transfers with it. Mower is in pristine condition. Dealer is local to me.

Couple questions:
- is this a reasonable deal?
- anything I should look out for on a lightly used machine?
- biggest question: is there a better stand on option for similar money (would like to stay $7k or less)? Lightly used is ok.

This would just be for my property, not commercial service. Probably 100-150 hours per year. I have lots of experience with other equipment and enjoy maintaining everything. I prefer to pay a little more to have commercial grade equipment vs. a ‘consumer’ version but will see light service compared to a revenue generating unit.
