Hello ! ( 26F 150lbs ) I randomly at random for the past two years have my salivary gland swell , it’s like a golf ball under my jaw. It hurts and it makes it hard to speak because the discomfort. I have noticed it happens more when I’m dehydrated. I went to the doctor and they gave me antibiotics and it didn’t do anything . Here’s pictures for reference. Is this abnormal should I be worried and how do I fix it.
