I pre-ordered the generation 3 ringconn which will be my first smart ring. I am trying to find my best size and wore the size 9 to sleep last night. This size felt good on my finger all day but I have heard it can change when you sleep due to swelling. This is what my finger looked like this morning, so is this size too small?? I tried the size 10 during the day and the sensor nubs kept moving around and not sitting on the bottom of my finger. Should I size up, stay the same, or just change fingers while I sleep?
