Will we ever get fanmade sly pc port like Jak and Daxter's openGoal?
Hi guys, I wanted to ask if there's a possibility that we'll ever get a Sly equivalent of Jak and Daxter's openGoal project. I ask this because I've been replaying the trilogy these past few weeks on the rpcs3 emulator and it runs really well. I would have much preferred to emulate it on pcsx2 but there are some areas where you just rotate the camera and the framerates drops to like 45fps and the game slows down for a bit. No matter how hard I tried or what settings I used, I just couldn't improve the framefrates in those areas. I personally like the look of the ps2 games much better than the hd collection because of their bolder colours and thicker lines. It's then that I thought that it would be really nice if there was like a fan made pc port of the ps2 games with their original artstyle and a more consistent 60fps. I know this will probably never happen but I just wanted to hear your guys' thoughts on this.
