From Goodfellas movie - One thing I've wondered about was: What happened to Hill's girlfriends Janice (real name: Linda Coppociano) and Sandy (real name: Robin Cooperman)?

Can I confess here that I am afraid of exercising or stretching since it may bring on my back pain again?

My background is that once or twice a year, I have terrible muscle spasms in the lower back that bring on terrible episodes of pain that leaves me unable to walk, lay down or turn. I'll go to urgent care and get a few steroids and it takes care of it. Been to Ortho and my MRI does not show anything abnormal which is why the doctor thinks it is muscular. This has been happening for about four years and I am post menopausal due to hysterectomy two years ago. Mid 40s F.

Does anyone else have these fears? Anyone have exercises that make them feel better?

My daily tea routine is hot green tea in the morning, cold hibiscus tea after lunch and warm chamomile tea in evening before bed.

What does everyone else do as far as daily routine?
