Cohabiting after divorce

I have a trial date in September. I do not expect a judgement to be rendered before October. I believe my house would take minimum of 6 weeks to put into showable condition. I don't think its practical to show a home between November 1st and March 1st. I think it will take 60 days to sell it. I think the buyer will give me 30 days to get out. That puts me out of the house Memorial Day 2027.

That means I'll be in the house for 8 months or so after the divorce decree is issued.

I have sold multiple houses in this geography, including one recently under similar circumstances (aging parent had to get out).

I guess my question is whether people have had this happen? I'm not sure whether there's something I'm missing. I'm not leaving. It's my house and I love it. I know that the day will come when I have to, but until that day I'm staying put.

Living with hidden cameras

Hi,

I've been living with hidden cameras in my home now for 3 months. My wife's attorney advised her to install them. It is possible (based on my wife's comments) that these cameras are recording, timestamping, and transcribing every conversation I have when my wife is not home. It is also possible (based on my wife's comments) that the cameras are routinely recording me when I travel from my bedroom to my bathing area. As a person with expertise in the field, I can say that, on a technical basis, it is easily possible that both those things are happening and much more.

My wife is trying to force me from my home. I believe these cameras are in place to harass me and to make my current living accommodations undesirable.

Should I be posting on r/law or r/ethics or some place like that? I am legitimately at a loss for what to do next. I plan on living in this home for another year.
