Booted up Starfield to test my PC. Seeing 100% utilization on CPU (9600x)and not maxing out on GPU(9070xt). Running ultra settings at 1440p and seemingly can't knock down the CPU usage.

Build is in the Fractal Terra, so I am a bit limited to thermals or I would have gotten a stronger cpu...

Thoughts?
