I'm still very green to watch repairs. I have a Seiko 5 for my daily driver that had a 2.0ms beat error with about 260 degrees of amplitude keeping around +6 daily. When adjusting the studs, my screwdriver slipped and hit the hairspring.
Now the after results are as shown dial up. On the trace, are the little bumps, along with losing 20 degrees of amplitude evidence of potential damage? Should I just rock on since it's still within spec after adjustment and I'm just a noob? I do have a spare NH35 movement where I can cannibalize the hair spring.
