Can you:

1. Issue D&H to a unit who started the turn on an objective

2. Use No Retreat! to sticky it

3. Overwrite it's order with a different one from the same commander, assuming the commander still has orders they can issue

Certainly, we can do this with snap to it in a later phase, I'm just curious if we can do some intra phase sequencing shenanigans here
