So my GPU and CPU are idling around at 50 without running any heavy programs.

For context: Im in the Philippines and my room has no air conditioning. The only air I get is warm, humid air coming in from my window. Ambient room temps are pretty high, especially right now.

Is this normal given my setup? Should I be worried about long term damage, or is it still within safe range? Should I install an AC? Would appreciate any tips right now.

I've been contemplating about which card I should include onto my system build and I need help. My main focus is gaming but I also wanna dip into streaming content which makes it hard for me to decide which card is better.
