I picked up the game again, and I was wandering around with my character, and I was just going into forts and caves. And then I started thinking... Is that risky? Is there a chance I end up going into a dungeon that's important for some future quest and somehow ruin things?

So can I continue going into dungeons carefree or should I research each place before I accidentally break things?
