Question for Overnight Team leads/Coaches

So I am new to overnight, took a team lead spot after being team lead in digital for a little over 6 months.

They wanted me because I played a large hand in whipping digital into shape with a coach who was busy on total store, and a co lead who was a great worker but not terribly interested in accountability. The thing with digital is that, while it’s a huge team and a lot to keep track of, the expectations are extremely achievable as long as you are locked in and working hard.

My question is this, is the stocking goal of 30 seconds per case realistic? Are your guys hitting their times?

No one on my team is hitting goal. My coach wants me to “push them harder” and the other overnight coach (on a separate rotation that overlaps only one day) wants me holding them accountable, feedbacks and coachings when they don’t hit time.

But other leads have pointed people out and said “these are the best people”, and THEY aren’t hitting their times.

I’ve taken small aisles and I RUN back and forth and I can’t hit time.

I’m stuck because I know the expectations, I know what’s expected of me, and I’m pretty sure all that’s going to happen is we’re going to explode our already outrageous employee turnover.

Looking for advice. I want to go to my store manager and see what HER expectations are, but I’d like to crowd source an idea of what I should actually be expecting out of my team before then.
