Attempted blackmail on Grindr
I was just chatting with a guy on Grindr and we exchanged pics. He then asked for my number and instagram which I normally don’t give out but I took a chance. Bad idea… He starts texting me with screenshots of my Facebook profile and threatening to send my pics and expose me to a few friends. Most of my Facebook is private but he was able to see who liked my profile picture. He demanded $300 or else he’ll send the messages. I told him to fuck off and I genuinely don’t think he’ll do it and even if he does, I don’t mind apologizing to whoever it’s gets sent to. My pics look great and he thinks I’m DL but I’ve been out for years…not a secret at all. Overall I’m not too worried about it but it’s the first time I’ve had this happen and wanted to hear similar stories and what you did about it.
