Chase closed my account without notification.
I opened the reserve card 2 months ago. Met the sub in month one and paid in full. Never able to use any benefits and they will not refund the annual fee. Note- I have had a chase Slate card for over 20 years.
I went to use the card today and it was closed. Called customer service was transferred 4 times and spoke to 5 different people without resolution. They said the formatting on my address needs verification. I have a checking, savings, an open slate and a closed Southwest card. All have the same address. They would not reopen the card. Poor customer service has me emptying the checking and savings and transferring them over to my Bank of America and closing the rest of the accounts. Rant over.
