soo i’m 15F and i have been struggling with food a lot. I have really bad problems with binging, but i think it’s because i have also restricted a lot before and i don’t really know what to doo.. The thing is i also don’t have my period, i lost it around 2-3 months ago and no matter how much i eat it isn’t coming back. I definitely wouldn’t say that i am fat, but i’m not skinny either. I’m 162 cm and i weigh somewhere between 54-56 kg, don’t really know because i’m really scared to weigh myself. I do workout at home with youtube videos and i have recently started running, i would go to the gym but i don’t live close to one. My dream is to be skinny, like really lean and stuff and no matter what i do i’m never “skinny enough”. Don’t really know what to do and i don’t want to talk with anyone about this that i know. I guess the first thing i would want to do is to stop binging on food, especially sugary foods, because that’s a big problem for me. Maybe someone that has went through something similar could have some advice for me? :)
