Ok for context I am a large guy, 230 lbs not including gear, and I have a 2022 drz400. I ride 2 up frequently and my fiance isn’t the size of a child, so we are looking at 350lbs+ on this bike.
I learned that with the aftermarket exhaust, and us both on it, the tire rubs on the exhaust when I wheelie, hit speed bumps, ect.
Just took the rear shock out, and essentially maxed the preload.
Anyone else here max out the preload on the rear shock? Whether for handling luggage, a large rider, or 2 up?
