It’s only on the outside, I am relatively new to cast iron. Been cooking in it a while but just don’t know should I keep using it or need to take care of it? The inside looks great it’s only the outside.

So I usually ovulate cd18 but sometimes is earlier and later. On CD 17 I had positive opks and STRONG ovulation pains as usual. Let’s say I ovulated cd18 temps rose a bit day later but now back down? WTH
