Hey,

I am moving to shanghai for buisness for 6 months and have Coeliac disease.

I have been to shanghai before on buisness but for only and if I am being honest it was quite a struggle and quite stressful.

I was hoping people had some tips and tricks to eating out, translations, etc.

I always carried a translation card but it didn't always help. I use google translate to take photos of packages but this isn't always reliable and I have bought gf from taobao.

I would love if there were some restaurants that I hadn't discovered or options for gf food.
