Second warranty claim in less than 2 months. The first monitor was replaced by a refurbished one (claim was handled within a reasonable timeline, but still outside of their own SLAs), and the IPS panel died just 1 month later.
The second claim was opened on March 31 (Case 225157744), and the initial order showed a November 20, parts availability. After 4 weeks of promises and non-factual communication, I still dont have a delivery date or another comparable monitor and no compensation from Dell (I am not the first owner, so I can't even claim a refund, but warranty is owner agnostic).
I don't recommend buying premium Dell monitors. If you use it professionally (and this is a professional, colour-accurate model with a premium price), you'll have no recourse.
Also, multiple forum and Reddit posts showing firmware/drivers issues for this model and no remediation from Dell side, with multiple compatibility issues with MacOS.
